Our Practice in Ely

Dr. Tyler Robertson is a friendly, easy-going, family-oriented optometrist born and raised in Ely. He is passionate about improving the quality of life for the people in his hometown.

After graduating from White Pine High School, Dr. Robertson went on to Brigham Young University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2013. He then attended the Southern California College of Optometry, where he received his Doctorate in Optometry in 2017.

During his externship at the Lawton Indian Hospital, Dr. Robertson specialized in ocular disease. He gained valuable experience working with patients with a wide range of eye conditions and developed a deep understanding of the importance of personalized care.

Dr. Robertson is proud to continue the third-generation family legacy of eye doctors in Ely. When he’s not helping patients, he enjoys playing piano, mountain biking, and traveling with his family. He is committed to providing his patients with exceptional care and looks forward to serving the Ely community for many years to come.

Meet Kamber, the bubbly and outgoing personality at the front desk of Robertson Optometry. Kamber’s friendly demeanor and passion for helping others are integral to our team. With 5 years of experience in the eye care industry, Kamber has become an essential member of our staff.

After graduating from White Pine Highschool in 1999, Kamber’s career shifted to providing excellent care to patients. Kamber takes pride in making sure all patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visit to Robertson Optometry.
When not at work, Kamber loves spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, enjoying the fresh air and beauty nature offers, all while spending time with family and friends.

We are delighted to introduce you to Nola Bovi, a friendly and hardworking pre-tester at Robertson Optometry. Nola brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice, having worked in the eye care industry for 4 years before joining our team one month ago.

Nola attended White Pine High School and graduated in 2022. Currently, she is pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse by attending the University of Utah. Nola values being part of people’s journeys to see more clearly. She takes pride in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience during their visit to Robertson Optometry, whether they are existing glasses wearers or new to glasses and contacts.

Outside of work and school, Nola enjoys watching television, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves working out with her dad and staying active.

Meet Alyssa Gibson, one of our kind and hardworking opticians at Robertson Optometry. With a way with words, Alyssa has been an integral part of our team for the past 2 years, bringing her expertise and passion to the practice. She has been in the eye care industry for 2.5 years and has attended Southern Utah University, the College of Southern Nevada, and Great Basin College.

Alyssa takes great pride in her work as an optician and enjoys being part of an industry built to help people see clearly. Her compassionate approach and attention to detail ensure that every patient receives the best possible care.

When she’s not at work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her pets and family. She also has a hobby of making crochet blankets, which she finds relaxing and fulfilling.

Brittany, our bold and bubbly administrative assistant, has been with us for 2 years and 4 months, bringing her passion for helping others and bold personality to our practice.

Brittany’s journey began when she secured her Cosmetologist certification from Paul Mitchell in 2015. Later on, she graduated from Great Basin College in 2019 with a Child Development Associate degree. She is passionate about working with the public and meeting new people, which makes her a perfect fit for our team.

As an administrative assistant, Brittany takes pride in ensuring that all patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visit to Robertson Optometry. She cares deeply for others and strives to be the best version of herself in all that she does.

When she’s not at work, Brittany is a mother of 3 who loves spending time with her family. Outside of work and motherhood, she enjoys going camping, riding on the side by side, going hunting, and creating moments and memories with her loved ones.
